Des projets menés par les communautés des Premières Nations cherchent à ressusciter des pratiques et des recettes anciennes, respectueuses de la dimension sacrée de la nourriture et plus durables. C’est notamment le cas chez les Mi’kmaq de Nouvelle-Écosse.
