Le Rapport sur les pays les moins avancés de la CNUCED fournit une source complète et faisant autorité d'analyses et de données socio-économiques concernant les pays les plus pauvres du monde. Ce rapport est destiné à un large public de gouvernements, de décideurs, de chercheurs et de tous ceux qui sont impliqués dans les politiques de développement de ces pays. Chaque rapport contient une annexe statistique qui fournit des données de base sur les pays les moins avancés.

The rapid spread of digital technologies is transforming many economic and social activities. However, widening digital divides threaten to leave developing countries, and especially least developed countries, even further behind. The Digital Economy Report, formerly known as the Information Economy Report, monitors trends and policies related to access, use and impact of digital technologies from a development perspective. It informs development stakeholders in developing countries and provides guidance to policymakers. Published every other year, this flagship report is recognized as an authoritative source of data related to ICT, e-commerce and the digital economy, and analysis of their implications for trade and development.

La rápida difusión de las tecnologías digitales está transformando muchas actividades económicas y sociales. Sin embargo, la ampliación de la brecha digital amenaza con dejar a los países en desarrollo, y especialmente a los países menos adelantados, aún más atrás. El Informe sobre la Economía Digital, anteriormente conocido como Informe sobre la Economía de la Información, hace un seguimiento de las tendencias y políticas relacionadas con el acceso, el uso y el impacto de las tecnologías digitales desde una perspectiva de desarrollo. Informa a los interesados en el desarrollo de los países en desarrollo y proporciona orientación a los encargados de la formulación de políticas. Publicado cada dos años, este informe emblemático es reconocido como una fuente autorizada de datos relacionados con las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones (TIC), el comercio electrónico y la economía digital, y el análisis de sus consecuencias para el comercio y el desarrollo.

Los Informes sobre Desarrollo Humano (IDH) se han publicado la mayoría de los años desde 1990 y han explorado diferentes temas a través del enfoque de desarrollo humano. Han tenido una amplia influencia en el debate sobre el desarrollo en todo el mundo. La Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas garantiza la independencia editorial de los informes, elaborados por la Oficina del Informe sobre Desarrollo Humano para el Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD).

This publication reviews the main features of a persistently weak global economy and world trade and then turns to global and regional trade trends and prospects. The publication considers the main changes in the organization of production and global trade associated with international production networks, which are at the heart of current mega-regional negotiations. It looks at how the region's countries are positioned in international production networks and value chains. It analyzes the main factors underpinning participation in production networks and value chains, as well as the implications they have for integration.

Asia-Pacific Sustainable Development Goals Progress Report (previously known as Asia-Pacific Sustainable Development Goals Indicator-Based Progress Report) analyses Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) trends as well as availability of data for monitoring the progress in Asia and the Pacific and its sub-regions. It identifies areas that need collective decisions for prioritizing acceleration or changing the trend with the main purpose to inform decisions at regional forums such as Asia-Pacific Forum on Sustainable Development (APFSD) and Asia-Pacific Commission. It also provides an effective communication tool that fosters inclusive regional consultations and effective engagement of the stakeholders including media and civil society. The analysis utilizes cross-nationally comparable data from ESCAP database for the global SDGs indicator framework and when necessary supplementary statistics available at the regional and sub-regional levels.

This series is the continuation of the Statistical Yearbook for Asia and the Pacific.

The Economic and Social Council serves as the central forum for discussing international economic and social issues, and for formulating policy recommendations addressed to Member States and the United Nations system. ECOSOC is responsible for coordinating the economic, social and related work of UN specialized agencies, their functional commissions and five regional commissions. ECOSOC comprises 54 members.

Human Development Reports (HDRs) have been released most years since 1990 and have explored different themes through the human development approach. They have had an extensive influence on development debate worldwide. The reports, produced by the Human Development Report Office for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), are ensured of editorial independence by the United Nation’s General Assembly.

The UNDP Discussion Papers series provide a focus on different issues inherent to development. They are intended to support development practitioners, civil society and government partners in their work. They are designed to help implement and operationalize the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) agenda. The evidence, and particularly the recommendations presented in papers, will also be useful for civil society, researchers and various policymakers.

These working papers consist of intermediate research that may further evolve into academic publications or serve as background or preliminary studies for FAO's flagship publications, divisional series and other major publications.
